--My Institute is an example of unity in diversity not just in terms of different cultural backgrounds of the teachers and students, but here every innovative thought is appreciated and nurtured. Difference is accepted. Hence, there is a steady growth in the intellectual fervour of the student community in this Institute.

In my Institute the students are rather encouraged to question whatever they are taught from books or otherwise and not accept anything passively. They are motivated to analyse the information and only then acquire it as knowledge and implement it. This assists in the overall development of the student.
